Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Monitoring and controlling of stocks/ warehouse materials.
  • Preparing materials quotations and purchase order.
  • Checking and monitoring of expenses submitted by Employees, monitoring of outstanding payables and receivables and monitoring all deliveries including clearing cargo both air and sea freight.
  • Responsible for administrative works/office works for warehouse. Prepare and checking of all suppliers invoices.  
  • Organise stock delivery to customers, forwarder, and trucker.
  •  In-charge Employees attendance and imposing suitable penalties for disciplinary action.
  • Prepare daily/weekly /monthly stock movement report. Responsible for administrative works/office works,  incoming and out-going accounting and operations documents, Facilitate shipping documents and control of such.
  • Controlling operation of the warehouse and vehicle fleet - delivery trucks, forklifts and their respective drivers.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in sales, marketing, economics, business or related field.
  • Certificate in computer studies for Excel and other business applications.
  • English language certificate form TOEFL or other internationally recognized institute
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management and logistics.
  • Overseas experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Focus on flexibility in resolving problems and conflicts. Well organized and active attitude.
  •  Males only can apply. Age 25-37
