Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Manage to systematically store items for stock.
Manage warehouse transactions’ accuracy.
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance.
Report to HOD on the Monthly Stock balance list and demand list.
Weekly basis material balance report / regular order delivery report / material issue report damage report should be prepared and sent to the superior officer.
Coordinate with other departments, including sales and purchasing, to ensure the timely delivery of products and efficient use of warehouse space.
Maintain the standard of health, safety, and security of the work environment.
Training and development of new and existing warehouse staff to ensure a highly skilled and effective team.
Also responsible for supervising the production and store account section.
Any other duties assign by HOD.

Job Requirements

Male.
Any Bachelor's Degree. Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
At least 5 years of experience in a related position.
Age between 30 – 45 years.
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Must have an interest in statistics and be precise.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
Analytical skills. Interpersonal skills, people management, and coordination skills
Attention to detail.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Teamworking skills and time management ability.
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work under pressure.
