Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations for tractor and harvester spare parts efficiently.
Ensure accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and recording of spare parts inventory.
Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with procurement and sales departments for timely replenishment of spare parts.
Maintain proper warehouse layout, labeling, and storage systems for easy identification and retrieval of parts.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and warehouse operating procedures.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit inventory, stock movement, and warehouse performance reports to management.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory control.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree preferred (or) Diploma in Management
  2. Demonstrable experience of warehouse, preferably in the agriculture industry
  3. Previous experience of inventory control
  4. Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
  5. Good IT skills and a knowledge of warehouse systems, Strong decision-making skills
  6. Minimum above three years operational management experience, preferably in a multi-functional responsibility role.
