Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving raw materials, storing dry and frozen goods, and dispatching supplies to outlets.
Monitor stock levels of food ingredients, packaging, and beverages; conduct cycle counts and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
Plan and schedule deliveries to YKKO outlets, liaise with transport providers, and ensure timely distribution while maintaining food safety standards.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and resolve delivery discrepancies.
Guide warehouse staff, drivers, and helpers to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Recommend solutions to optimize warehouse layout, reduce wastage, and improve logistics efficiency.
Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, logistics costs, and outlet supply performance.
Ensure adherence to food safety policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

Any degree holder with a related diploma.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong ability to supervise and manage staff effectively.
Capable of handling and maintaining warehouse records with precision and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse software systems.
Skilled in overseeing inbound/outbound processes, ensuring proper handling to prevent losses or damages.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate effectively with departments.
