Position Purpose / Context

The main objective of the role is responsible for receiving and storing product effectively and improving by designing and development efficient movement and storage systems. Staff management is also required.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

•  Determines product handling and storage requirements to develop warehouse operations systems.Develops processes for receiving products, utilizing equipment, managing inventory and shipping products.
• Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve operational objectives. Prepares and implements production and quality plans based on Coca-Cola standards. Resolves problems and identifies trends.
• Manage coaching, counselling, scheduling, and disciplinary action of current warehouse employees as needed by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Prepare the annual budgets, schedules expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions in order to meet the financial objectives of the warehouses.
• Enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environment Standard and legal requirements.
