Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping)
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, including task assignment and performance monitoring
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs (accuracy, productivity, on-time delivery)
  • Enforce safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and company policies
  • Handle discrepancies, damages, and operational issues
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
  • Support continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience
  • Experience in FMCG / e-commerce / cold chain warehouse Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Experience with WMS / ERP systems
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, reports, emails)
