Job Summary
Experienced Facilities Manager to oversee MEP and site operations across logistics facilities in Ywarthargyi and Myitnge. This role ensures reliable maintenance, contractor oversight, ISO compliance, and safe, uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead MEP and facilities teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely technical support.
● Plan and manage preventive and routine maintenance for critical facilities and equipment.
● Review inspection findings, prioritize defects, and drive prompt corrective actions.
● Supervise internal teams and external contractors for quality, safety, timeline, and budget control.
● Ensure all maintenance work complies with ISO standards, HSE rules, and company procedures.
● Coordinate with Admin and QEHS teams for contracts, permits-to-work, and site handovers.
● Maintain reliable facilities for yards, rail spurs, warehouses, and other logistics assets.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
● Proven experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering management, ideally in logistics/port operations.
● Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance planning, and contractor supervision.
● Good understanding of ISO standards, HSE practices, and compliance requirements.
● Ability to review technical reports, identify defects, and implement effective corrective actions.
● Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
● Experience managing internal teams and external service providers to deliver operational results.
● Proficient in English and computer applications used for reporting, planning, and tracking.
