1. Talent Acquisition (TA)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) for continuous improvement.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Administer monthly payroll in collaboration with the Finance team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
Review and update the company’s salary structure and benefits programs regularly.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitiveness.
Handle employee benefits administration, including leave, insurance, and allowances.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and skill assessments.
Plan, organize, and implement learning programs for employees at all levels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and track development progress.
Support leadership and succession planning programs.
Maintain employee training records and learning metrics.
4. General HR Support
Support HR policy development and implementation.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
