The HR Manager will lead all human resource functions related to fuel stations, fuel distribution, logistics, and operations teams. This role is responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee relations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has strong HR expertise, experience in a fast-paced operational environment, and the ability to manage workforce challenges in fuel/energy or similar industries.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all fuel business roles (station staff, cashiers, supervisors, drivers, technicians, admin).
