An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs for employees
Develop and design training programs, including course content, materials, and assessments
Training coordination, arranging to contact nominated staffs for training and providing their training fees.
Deliver training sessions to employees using a variety of delivery methods (e.g., classroom, online, on-the-job training)
Enters external and internal training records into a database and maintains it.
To solve employee requirement and inquiries related to training and development programs and any training-related issues if they arise.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust training programs as necessary.
Manage the learning and development budget and track expenses.
Assist with performance management and career development initiatives.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Update Organization Chart.
Prepare data for Monthly KPI & ISO Process.
