  • Support performance appraisal and development programs.
  • Analyze performance data and identify training needs.
  • Drive employee engagement & culture-building initiatives.
  • Support succession planning, leadership programs & career development.
  • Keep employee development records up to date for management.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • Coordinate external training providers and maintain training records.
  • Support HR analytics for development-related KPIs (training hours, employee satisfaction, retention).

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree (Diploma in HRM/HRD preferred)
  • 2–3 years of HR experience (HRD, OD, or Talent Management preferred)
  • Knowledge of performance management & talent development.
  • Strong communication, facilitation & analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
