An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Proactively identify potential candidates through diverse channels, including social media platforms, offline interactions, and employee referrals. Implement initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidates’ competencies, relevant experience, and alignment with organizational culture.

- Maintain seamless communication with all shortlisted candidates and logistics personnel throughout the hiring process. This includes scheduling interviews, promptly providing feedback, and keeping candidates informed about the status of their applications.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their unique requirements and offer guidance on the recruitment process for the designated business units. 

- Monitor critical recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the recruitment team members, adjacent HR Business Partners, and hiring managers regarding the status of unfilled positions.

- Work with the all of HR team members and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new hires.

- Ensure the maintenance of personal files and the availability of all necessary documentation. Implement employee orientation programs and provide comprehensive briefings.

- Data restoration for the entire end-to-end recruitment process and monthly report.

- Other recruitment and selection related tasks assigned by line manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Individuals holding bachelor’s degrees and a minimum of three to seven years of relevant work experience in recruitment and selection or talent acquisition-related projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preference is given to candidates with hands-on experience in utilizing Global HR Software.
- Comprehensive understanding of Myanmar Labor Law.
- Proficient in both English and Burmese written and verbal communication. The ability to articulate job requirements effectively, provide constructive feedback, and establish rapport with candidates is crucial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable the use of data to inform decisions and optimize recruitment processes.
- A natural collaborator capable of establishing robust relationships with hiring managers and team members across diverse departments.
- The ability to excel in dynamic environments and swiftly adapt to changing priorities and hiring requirements.
- A self-starter who takes initiative to develop talent pipelines, identify new sourcing channels, and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- A meticulous approach to implementing candidate information, scheduling, and documentation to ensure a seamless and professional process.
