  • Develop strong branding and positioning strategies; responsible for marketing communications, offline and digital advertising, promotional activities, and events across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Prepare press releases and publicity materials and attend press events.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new customers, strengthen customer engagement, and retain existing customers.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, promotional activities, roadshows, and other marketing events.
  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Develop new business partnerships and business opportunities through tie-ups and affinity marketing.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, with a proactive attitude, strong creativity, and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and Experience in optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and paid media campaigns.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in English and Burmese (both written and spoken).
