Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager (Trade) to develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and execute trade promotions, merchandising programs, and in-store marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and prepare management reports.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Lead and coach the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma  in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of trade marketing principles and channel management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
