Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of dairy products International Brand while meeting production targets and company standards.

Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines.
Manage budgets and monitor production costs.
Enforcing policies and regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to supervisors, operators, and workers to achieve production targets.
Ensure effective and efficient use of raw materials, equipment, and manpower by all team members.
Identify and manage production risks.
Monitor equipment and schedule routine maintenance.
Track progress with reports and communicate with senior management.
