- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications in coordination with hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews, managerial interviews, and final selection rounds.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within the agreed recruitment timelines

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certification will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple job functions.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
