The role holder is responsible for ensuring credit processes are in line with standards and guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Re-test the controls of Document verification and Employment verification to identify manual errors, and potential frauds that may be conducted by the Operations team and also to report these errors daily to the supervisor /management.
● Responsible for providing manual checks against the loan eligibility checks for sample cases if they identify any issues with the manual verification or with the application.
● Daily & Monthly QC observation and report to Head of Quality Control
