-Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of air-conditioning, UPS, device running health, safety and housekeeping check of POPs site).
-Checking and maintaining long haul devices.
-Provide link testing for service outage cases.
-Site survey, fiber patching and new card installation for DWDM services.
-Providing the necessary interface between System Operations, field personnel, neighboring utilities, internal department and government offices.
-Fault handling and cooperating with other team by phone and email.
-Cooperate with related team for cross border fiber connection.
