Main Purpose

• Manage day-to-day recruitment operations to fulfill approved manpower requirements efficiently and within agreed hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Executive, Supervisor, and Staff-level positions.
• Develop recruitment plans based on approved manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job platforms, social media, referrals, databases, and recruitment activities.
• Lead job fairs, walk-in interviews, career events, and recruitment campaigns.
• Oversee candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews, and selection coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure suitable candidate selection.
• Monitor vacancies, recruitment progress, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, hiring volume, and source effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably managing high-volume hiring.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection coordination.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms, job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and hiring market trends.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills; FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, or Distribution experience is preferred.
