Tin Moe Lwin simultaneously studied modeling and mechanical engineering. She established Tin Moe Lwin Training in 1994 while still at university but was torn on what to pursue when she graduated from the Yangon Institute of Technology in 1996. In 1996, she founded the Talents & Models Company. Now, Talents & Models Agency is one of the leading modeling agencies in Myanmar and celebrated its 21st Anniversary last month.

Before co-founding JobNet in 2015, he worked in the Management Consulting division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was specifically dealing with the impact of technology on banking in the Netherlands.
