MYANMAR EMPLOYER AWARDS 2017 EXPLAINS “MOST EFFECTIVE RECRUITMENT STRATEGY FOR TALENT ATTRACTION” AWARD

MYANMAR’S BEST LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES SHOWCASE THEIR EMPLOYER EXCELLENCE IN FIRST ANNUAL COMPETITION

21 NOVEMBER, 2017 - YANGON, MYANMAR: JobNet is happy to announce that several local and international companies have applied for the “Most Effective Reruitment Strategy for Talent Attraction” award. For this award, judges are looking for innovation and a contribution to the bottom line through the use of a strong and enhanced online and offline recruitment strategy to attract the best talent across the business. It is important that entries show a clear indication as to why a recruitment program was put in place and how it has had a positive impact on hiring results and the organisation as a whole.

In order to attract the best talent available, your company needs to treat candidates in a positive and engaged manner, especially when everyone is competing for the best talent available,” said Matt De Luca, Managing Director for JobNet.com.mm, the online job portal producing the awards. He went on to say, “For this award, judges looked for innovation and a contribution to the bottom line through the use of a strong and enhanced online and offline recruitment strategies to attract the best talent across the industry.”
