The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to strengthen the brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive online and in-store sales. This role plays a critical part in promoting the elegance and uniqueness of the jewelry brand through targeted digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, SEO/SEM, and data-driven marketing efforts. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Optimize campaigns for performance (ROI, CPC, CTR, conversion rates). Oversee influencer and affiliate marketing programs. Lead content creation (visuals, videos, blogs, social media posts) aligned with the luxury and elegance of the brand. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Oversee the company website, including updates, UX/UI improvements, and product listing optimization. Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to boost organic search rankings Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign results. Collaborate with sales and customer service to improve e-commerce functionality and customer journey. Manage digital CRM tools to build loyalty programs and personalized marketing. Additional Key Requirements Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer behavior in the jewelry or fashion industry. Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built systems). Hands-on experience in paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) with proven ROI results. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a creative team (graphic designers, content creators, digital assistants). Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews. Support the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks and reporting.

Manage office supplies, operational materials, and other inventory items. Record inventory in/out transactions accurately. Conduct monthly stock checks and stock taking. Prepare and submit inventory reports. Handle cargo delivery, receiving, and related logistics processes. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for cargo transactions. Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery. Maintain records of employee uniforms. Manage uniform issuance, returns, and tracking. Liaise with government offices when required. Monitor and record project-wise income, expenses, credits, and debits. Oversee accounts payable and review general ledger entries. Prepare tax budgets, forecasts, and accruals. Review and analyze tax accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions. Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Support the interview process and collect interview feedback. Prepare interview summaries and submit them to the HR Manager. Coordinate the job offer process for selected candidates. Manage the employee joining process and onboarding arrangements. Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases. Prepare recruitment progress reports and submit them to the HR Manager. Assist with HR administrative tasks and documentation when required. Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
