Office & Facility Management

  • Manage office, showroom, and factory administration

  • Ensure maintenance of premises, utilities, and infrastructure

  • Supervise housekeeping and support staff

2️⃣ Security & Asset Protection

  • Oversee CCTV and security systems

  • Coordinate with security agencies

  • Monitor access control to vaults and stock areas

  • Ensure insurance compliance requirements

3️⃣ Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage AMCs and service contracts

  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers

  • Monitor vendor performance and payments (with accounts team)

4️⃣ Administrative Controls

  • Maintain documentation systems

  • Monitor gate pass and stock movement records

  • Coordinate internal audits and physical verification

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com preferred)

  • MBA (optional but advantageous)

🔹 Experience

  • 5–10 years of administrative experience

  • Jewellery, retail, or manufacturing experience preferred

🔹 Technical Skills

  • Administrative and facility management expertise

  • Vendor negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP)

  • MS Office proficiency

🔹 Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership ability

  • High integrity and confidentiality

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Crisis and risk management capability
