Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in hiring sales executives, cashiers, goldsmiths, designers, and back-office staff.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.

  • Handle joining formalities and employee documentation.

  • Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Maintain daily attendance and leave records.

  • Prepare payroll inputs including overtime, incentives, and deductions.

  • Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, bonus, etc.).

  • Update employee records in HRMS or payroll software.

3. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain employee personal files and contracts.

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.

  • Update employee database regularly.

4. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries related to salary, leave, and policies.

  • Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

5. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and Shop & Establishment regulations.

  • Maintain HR registers and statutory records.

  • Support audits and inspections.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of HR experience (retail/manufacturing preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll processing.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
