Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Monitor daily sales performance

  • Develop strategies to increase walk-ins and conversions

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce preferred)

  • 5–8+ years in jewellery retail

  • 2–3 years in supervisory/managerial role

🔹 Technical Skills

  • Retail sales management

  • Inventory control

  • POS & ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP)

  • Basic financial understanding
