ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop effective marketing and sales strategy that drives sales to achieve sales target.
- Develop and maintain good commercial relationship with existing and new accounts.
- Responsible for strategic sales planning, analysis and forecasting, and achieving results of sales team.
- Explore and create new business opportunities in focused area.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to identify new sales opportunities, formulating target market,
monitor activity and developing and implementing appropriate response strategies.
- Resolve customer problems, difficulties and complaints in order to maximize the customers’ satisfaction
and secure the sales budget.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding sector.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any field.

PREFERRED SKILLS
- A strong understanding of how a business operates.
- Must have desire to be successful and always a solution provider.
- Implement with determination by setting target and getting results
- Must have strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Must be familiar with computer software programs eg Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Good interpersonal skill, communications skills
- Able to work under pressure, Positive and possess an excellent attitude.
