• Oversee the production process, draw up production schedules;
• Ensure that production is cost-effective, timely and of good quality;
• Respond for production planning and keep up to date with production methods and technology.
• Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures and ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals;
• Draft a timescale for the job;
• Estimate costs and set quality standards;
• Co-operate with Planning, CSD, purchasing and maintenance to meet target of factory plan
• Follow up with warehouse and purchasing to make sure all recourse (material, tools and machine) adapt production requirement
• Work with maintenance team to maintain all machines and tools working in good condition
• Co-operate with planning, CSD and loading team to delivery finish goods on time
• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development to achieve objectives;
• Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure;
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs;
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices;
• Liaise among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, managers;
• Manage production report, solve problem if have and report to General Manager Plants production situation
• Work with General Manager Plant sand head of other department managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations;
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
• Review the performance of subordinates;
• Do training and coaching supervisor/ Team leader in managing and leading team

• University Degree of Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years experience as Production Manager in mechanical and fabrication factory.
