General Background:
LIQUID is a branding and 360 degree communications agency with offices in Bangkok and Yangon. LIQUID has been operational in Myanmar since 2008, and has an excellent reputation for delivering world-class creative and marketing communications.

We are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team, to help us deliver quality work to our valued clients.

Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibility will be to oversee clients’ projects to ensure the project is completed to the client’s satisfaction and within any agreed time schedule. This will be achieved by liaising with the client’s team, engaging LIQUID’s local team and working in conjunction with the team in Bangkok.

Work Undertaken:
You will have the opportunity to input at every stage on the project, which would typically include a research stage, strategy formulation, creative development, artwork roll out, project management and third-party management.
You will need to write briefs, agree scope of works, and allocate tasks to the local team, liaise with the Bangkok management to ensure projects are implemented through the workflow schedule. You will need to coordinate with the local clients’ teams to ensure that there is complete agreement and understanding from a local perspective.
Localisation will be a key part of your role, to ensure any thinking executed by LIQUID is effective locally. This requires management of LIQUID’s local resources, as well as the client’s local team.

- Attend client meetings and respond to client requests via phone or email
- Write briefs for internal team and client understanding
- Help debrief tasks from meetings to the relevant team – this could be in Yangon or in Bangkok
- Help manage the output from the team to ensure it is to the required standard to be able to present back to the client
- Manage third party suppliers such as creatives, and production house
- Liaise and coordinate with media companies
- Some minor administration tasks

- A Myanmar citizen
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 3-5 years experience in an advertising / creative agency in Myanmar or overseas
- Team player
- Dynamic, resourceful and looking for career advancement
