PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

  • The key objective is to drive consistent and substantial sales growth within on trade channel which includes distribution efficiency, key account management and team leadership
  • The modern On Trade Manager should revolve around finding an experienced and strategic leader who can effectively drive sales, expand market share GE1& GE2 and build strong relationships with key clients and channel strategy implementation follow by company goals

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales team target/KPIs and distributor sales objectives
  • Execute the channel-specific strategies and business plans that align with the company’s overall objectives, including pricing, promotions, and market strategies
  • Build and lead a high-performing modern on trade sales team, providing guidance and setting the individual KPIs targets in order to support to achieve set objectives
  • Collaborate with key clients and events/trade market teams to create and implement strategic customer on a monthly and annual basic
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs for Key Account exe and ASO to optimize productivity and ensure they achieve excellence in Perfect Piocs, Acquisition, SEM and ORDA fulfilment
  • Conduct strategic competitor analysis to identify opportunities for acquiring key outlets, leveraging a winning channel approach, and enhancing our market presence
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior manager on trade performance, market insights, competitor information and future growth opportunities
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer/consumers preferences within the modern on trade channel to make informed decisions
  • Stay flexible and adaptable to changing market dynamics and unforeseen challenges within the modern on trade sector
  • Manage the on-trade channel budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve the sales targets
  • Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback to improve service, right segment right offerings and overall customer satisfaction
  • Sustain Strong Customer relationships through consistent meetings and performance reviews, fostering enduring and prosperous business partnership
  • Ensure compliance of team’s activities with HEINEKEN rules and guidelines
  • Continuously seek nationwide draught expansion opportunities while maintaining regular communication with Outlet Acquisition Executive (OAE) for ongoing monitoring and strategic alignment

Job Requirements

Education & Experiences

  • Any graduate
  • At least 3 years consultative selling experience, working in FMCG Field or Beer industry
  • In-depth understanding of the modern on trade channel which including bars, restaurants, hotels, and similar establishments

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop channel-specific business plans and achieve objectives
  • Leadership and team management skills especially if the role involves managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Basic understanding of category growth management
  • Willing to learn and take extra work load and working under pressure
  • Self-motivation to meet and exceed goals and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project and deadline management skills
  • Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter
  • Business proficiency in English
