A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1)Develop a strategic brand plan: Allocate brand objectives and budget in line with portfolio strategy. Participate in the development of key elements of the marketing mix including packaging, visibility, communication, pricing and promotional strategies to strengthen brand equity and to ensure alignment to the brands positioning as defined by HQ GFBs. Contribute to the adaptation of global guidelines in order to suit local specificities. Ensure guardianship and respect of key brands' essence and values in all activities and tools, until final execution.
2)Provide support in the development and implementation of all projects related to new product launches and special packaging initiatives managing PLM processes (in contact with the HQ R&D/Packaging Group and HQ GFBs) and guaranteeing full alignment amongst key stakeholders. Ensure excellent execution is performed until final implementation in market.
3)Show high quality project management skills in performing daily activities to support agreed marketing projects. Monitor activities and tackle day to day operational issues in order to guarantee respect of projects’ standards. Liaise with external marketing agencies and suppliers. Contact suppliers and agencies, participate in activity planning, prepare documents and brief the agency, organize activities to guarantee that projects given in outsourcing are running smoothly.
4)Contribute to the collection and consolidation of all the necessary information and inputs to the TDT and A&SP processes, with specific focus related to brand(s) equity & communication. Support the strategic framework definition for both Consumer and Trade strategies for the upcoming A&SP timeframe. Contribute to define directional targets and KPIs forecast for the upcoming years.
5)Seek innovative and impactful ways to improve JTI business in all elements of portfolio, brand, trade and distribution including identification of disruptive ways to build new communication opportunities and become more powerful and proactive as a company.
6)Provide adequate support to secure an effective and efficient budget allocation to brand initiatives, monitoring investment compliance (both on terms of activity and timing) to the Annual Plan, liaising with Portfolio Strategy & Activation colleagues to secure effective ROI and investment control.

Job Requirements

Education
- Minimum bachelor degree in marketing or related field

Work Experience
• Minimum 5 years commercial and/or brand marketing experience. Experience in Brand Management is preferable.
• Good project management skills with attention to detail and analytical skills
• Consumer marketing knowledge and Consumer relationship
•Fluency in both written and oral English is a must.
•Computer Literate (excellent knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point).

Language and Computer Skills
-Fluency of English , Strong computer skills, presentation skills and creativity
