Project Manager are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, overseeand document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that thescope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. Project managers might work by themselves, or be in charge ofa team to get the job done.Time Management: You will be working with employees, customers and management, often spinning multiple plates at once. Math and Budgeting: Project managers are expected to keep and maintain a budget in almost every field. You will need to be confident in using math skills to make sure you know where your company's money is going. Analytical Skills: You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basisPreparing for the working schedule and communication with the main contractorfor approval of updated drawing and discussion. Attending for the weekly site progress meeting and realize for the contractobjectives and additional V.O work. Prearranging the cutting list for correct fabrication of materials according by site condition and supervision for the installation work. Coordinate with the materials supplier such as- the raw materials suppliers, sandblasting or galvanizing suppliers and other related supplier to check the materials and arrange for ordering. After fabrication and installation finish also arrange for inspection and necessary materials documents submission for approval by main contractor and consultant. Construction of whole building for R.C and steel structure, Ramp and Architectural works. Supervision of the piling work, rebar work, concrete work and site surveying work. Attending the safety tool box meeting and responsible to check for safety of job. Coordination with the clients and consultants for the progress of job. Coordinate with the condition of site and checking of the latest drawing up to date. Arrangement for the documents for material order, safety tool box meeting and check list for machinery equipment like as scissor lift, boom lift and excavator. Updating the photo reports to clients and consultant. Management for the site progress schedule and arrange of the workers to progress of workdone.
• Age must be above 30 • Must be ME or BE (Civil) degree holder• Project Management related certificate holder preferable• At least 10-year experience in Construction (Building & Hotel Project)• Good in English, both oral & written• Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office Application • Computer literacy• Excellent problem solving skill and negotiation skill • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Good presentation skill • High motivation, commitment to work and can work under pressure• Strong leadership • To take responsibility for project management including Project planning, Time management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Safety & Risk management• To oversee project from the beginning to finish • To lead, coach, manage and motivate project teams• To coordinate with all parties involved in the project including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors.
