- Manage Technology Department with strong technical knowledge and company's business strategy to meet its goals
- Supervise and guide technical teams to ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitable and securely
- Assign team members responsibility and develop teamwork within the team members
- Monitor team members improvements and record performance with KPI
- Plan long term technical related project and implement to achieve it
- Communicate with BODs to meet their technical expectations
- Communicate with technical related partners and inform improvements and adjustments to technology
- Monitor customer's feedback to build quality service and technical performance
- Give training to team members to keep up with updating technical requirements

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Able to work at Internet Maekhong Network Head Office (Tachileik, Eastern Shan State)
- Strong working experience in similar position in telecommunication (ISP) field with leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge and skills for overall management of Technology department and Network services
- Have strong knowledge and understanding about Network Services, IT operations and IT products.
- Understand legal policies related to technology
- Able to lead technology department with strong leadership mindset
- Able to work under pressure and able to travel
- Able to communicate with BODs, partners, customers
- Strong English communication is preferred
