Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Respond to customer problems or complaints
• Accurate and careful verification of Partner Claims
• Accurate and careful input of Installation, Service and Support activities into office system
• Monitor the daily GPS terminal
• assign every service scheduel to driver or service team
• Liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions
• Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues
• monitor daily installation & service device including coordinating with customer
• Schedule or dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios or telephones
• Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods that include the relative costs and benefits
• Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance
• Coordinate operational activities
• Provide information to coworkers
• Distribute materials to employees or customers

• Any Graduate
• Age must be between 25 and 30
• At least 3 years experience in related field
• Proven basic CRM and ZOHO knowledge
• Relationship Building Skill
• Conceptual thinking and data analysis
• Computer literate for Microsoft Office
• Coordination and Negotiation Skill
• Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
