1) Respond to all social media interaction which is seen as brand building.
2) Develop engaging customer responses which enlighten audiences and promote brand focused messages.
3) Seek opportunities to improve positive engagement on social media and improve the brand’s reputation.
4) Work closely with the PR team to ensure the brand tone of voice is accurately reflected in all interaction, posts & content & any negative review or complaint is appropriately handled and any serious issued flagged to HOD.
