Job Description

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries by giving detail information of our company’s services & products
3. Inform customer of deals and promotions
4. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
5. When it comes to technical problem, have to consult with Engineer and reply to customers and transfer complaint to engineer team if it need to go customer site
6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints,customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
7. Inform the Sale Supervisor to follow up the pending payment customers
8 . Preparing invoice of complaint charges, accessories charges and cleaning monthly income at account department
9. Prepare and inform data for service attributes (such as plan change, disable and termination process) to all teams
10. Prepare and transfer information and service situation for assign team (For assign schedule)
11. Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat custom
12. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
13. Perform other tasks assigned by the leaders.
14. Report to higher level as prescribed.

Job Requirements

1. Any Bachelor Degree / Engineering Degree is more preferred .Certificate of Customer Service Management
2. At least 2 year's experience in Customer Service field .
3. DTP, Basic Computer skill familiar with Scanner, email, Microsoft Word, Excel
4. Overview knowledge of Transmission and Configuration (FTTx)
5. Good Communication Skills, analytical and problem solving skills
