Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Monitor the daily order
• coordinate order receiving, make sure every order to be followed up
• assign every order to driver or operational staff
• Monitor goods movement including coordinating with 3rd party
• Schedule or dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer
requests, specifications, or needs, using radios or telephones
• Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods that include the relative costs and benefits
• Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance
• Coordinate operational activities
• Provide information to coworkers
• Distribute materials to employees or customers
• Respond to customer problems or complaints
