Job Scope
1. The incumbent will be a practicing PM who is the backup of HRIS & Enterprise Apps, PMO Lead. Execute projects either as the Primary or the Secondary PM for assigned projects including vendor, stakeholder and contract management.
2. Assist and manage integration of various components of the project including hardware, software installation, testing, troubleshooting, business process review, redesign, application development, migration and data conversion etc.
3. Liaise with various stakeholders, business units and end-users on the requirements and manage expectations in terms of delivery.
4. Coordinate, lead and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as team members, to complete assigned project tasks and achieve desired project outcomes and deliverables, within given timelines and resources.
5. Participate in preparing and updating project-related documentations to ensure proper project and administration records for auditing purposes.
Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure proper business requirements gathering and translation into product changes/ developments.
2. Ensure effective communication methods with all stakeholders and manage escalations.
3. Responsible in daily production support/incident management, involve in application testing, involve in source code improvement, new enhancement and technology upgrade.
4. Provide support for day to day customer service inquiries, functional and technical issues. Analyze incident report from users, find out the root cause, and provide L1, L2 support, interacting with third-party software vendors as needed.
5. Develop, maintain, and follow up issue logs, meeting minutes, presentations, progress reports, and other documents as necessary.
6. Support Project Management Office functions
Job Requirements
Working Experience
1. Minimum 5 years working experience in software design/development and support with ERP, HRIS or Enterprise applications background.
2. Experience with SQL and demonstrable knowledge of database techniques
3. Previous experience in Project Management in the software development/implementation industry preferred
4. Good command of English language
Educational Qualification
1. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
2. Must have project management processes knowledge and certified associate in Project Management preferred.
