- Delivering lecturers, workshops and tutorials
- Designing, preparing and developing teaching materials
- Assessing and marking student's assignments
- Supporting students through an advisory role
- Developing and implementing new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the department
- Establishing collaborative links outside the University with Industrial, commercial, and public organisation's
- Maintaining the academic performance of the students by ensuring a minium passing rate of 80% at the first attempt
