Create the concept and event agenda for the business
Plan and execute events smoothly
Work with clients and internal teams to create concept, guideline and overall plan.
Align with Community, Editorial and Digital teams to promote the events correctly
Discuss with internal teams to propose concept and support Sales Team to present it to clients.
Support Sales Team in event/workshop business development.
Work closely freelancers and 3rd parties to run events/workshop.
Responsible for working with Art Director, Photo Editor for art direction and photoshoot concepts of the events.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidate should be:
Burmese and fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years experienced in event management. Experienced in digital business is preferable.
Experienced and excellent in event concept development, from idea to production.
Very good at event concept and execution.
Good command of Microsoft applications and presentation layout. Experienced of using Google Drive, Trello is a plus.
Good at initiatives in new marketing and content trend.
Good at details and paperwork for events
Positive attitude.
Love solving problems.
Good at communication and presentation skills.


Working Relationships
Internal: Sales, Community, Editorial and other divisions
External: Clients, Partners, Agencies
