TUMIL Holdings Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders across our group of companies. You will act as the primary point of contact, fostering collaboration and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key responsibilities and tasks

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Identify and understand the needs and priorities of our stakeholders.
• Proactively develop and propose solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Manage and nurture existing relationships, ensuring open communication and ongoing collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
• Represent TUMIL Holdings Limited at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic relationship management initiatives.
• Prepare reports on relationship management activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Any other task as defined by TUMIL Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.

Qualifications / Experience

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or business development.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
