TUMIL Holdings Limited is seeking a high-caliber and strategic leader to join our executive team as a Corporate Officer.  This senior position plays a pivotal role in the oversight and management of the group's operations, ensuring we achieve our strategic objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to the Group CEO, Group CRO and Board of Directors, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

 

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Lead and manage a specific functional area within TUMIL Holdings Limited (e.g., Corporate Finance, Corporate Secretariat, Legal & Government Affairs, Business Development, etc.,).
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for your assigned area, aligning them with the overall corporate strategy.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within your department, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and motivate a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing and implementing strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Represent TUMIL Holdings Limited in interactions with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, keeping them informed of key developments and providing strategic guidance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.
  • Any other task as defined by TUMIL Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications / Experience

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum over 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a complex business function.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication in English, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership presence and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry in which TUMIL Holdings Limited operates (a plus).
