Maintain a unique brand voice. Develop and execute marketing and public relations campaigns and social media management. Identify target audiences and execute strategies to engage said audiences. Update Warren on progress on public relations and communications interlay and externally.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Elevate and maintain the brand’s reputation with the public 

• Be involved in the initial planning (creative and strategy) and promotion of AIA’s various campaigns + major events 

• Ensure digital marketing content not only aligns with our brand’s identity and message but also think of new ways to develop and evolve. Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them 

• Draft, edit, and proofread content with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Burmese and English.  

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, investors, and customer audiences that will help advance AIA’s purpose  

• Develop and implement plans to engage target audiences and spread the message about our products 

• Liaise with all departments within AIA in order to respond to their needs for publicity. 

• Liaise and maintain good links with other organizations as required. In particular with our freelancers / agencies / partners / collaborators
