The role of Internal Communications Manager is to provide strategy and implementation of internal communications and correspondence between all VCs,
Functions, Departments and Branches.

•  Internal Communications Plan - develop and execute internal communications strategy that aligns with the bank’s mission, vision and goals.
• Work with all departments - work closely with inter-departments and keep internal stakeholders informed about upcoming products and communications initiatives
• Manage Comms Platforms - manage and keep records of internal communications contents of various communications platform
• Editorial Calendar - maintain the editorial calendar and update respective stakeholders on timelines and deadlines of the content.
• Content Development - develop content; including but not limited to stories, visuals, vlogs, blogs, articles, videos, interviews, presentations, for various product teams on their upcoming product launches and initiatives while. keeping the momentum of the updates on internal communications platforms.
•  Support Leadership - support leadership teams, MDs, C-suites on their initiatives and programs from conceptualization to planning and execution
•  Team Development - empower team members, build a support system to execute communications plans, provide guidance and structure a succession plan
• Team Performance - keep track of the team’s KPIs, evaluate and provide

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations or corporate communications
