Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Arrange, prepare and coordinate for Monthly Management Meeting, Bi Monthly Meeting with Tenants.
• Attend Meetings and take dictation and meeting minutes and distribute to respective person.
• Ensure option satisfaction of all occupiers of the Facilities
• Arrange meeting and appointment for team, GoCs and tenants
• To attend operation morning brief, operation meeting and follow up all pending tasks of department reporting to GM
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• To assist GM in term of building round check, work handover from construction
• To assist GM regarding Monthly Meeting with Soft and Hard service contractors
• Consolidate and prepare Management Monthly report for GM
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, memo and reports.
• Issue work order for technicians
• Prepare and keep record of equipment and tool history
• Provide necessary assistant for GM / AGM.
• Proposal, Leased Contract / Agreement, Renew lease. (With Slade Property)
• Correspondence with clients & tenants.
• Corporate with Finance Department and follow up to Clients for Billing, Invoicing and outstanding due if necessary.
• Occupancy Report, Weekly Report, Daily Report
• To ensure option satisfaction of all occupiers of the Facilities
• Be available for 24 hours in the event that urgent action is required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Good interpersonal skill with highly self-motivated
• Computer Literacy
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skill, resourcefulness with rhetoric skill
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English Language, especially Listening and Writing
