• Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
• Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness
• Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
• Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
• Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
• Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
• Crafting of business and people solutions
• Managing HR budgets

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree required in an HR or related field, a Master's degree is preferred
• At least 10 years' of experience in Human Resource environment include 4 years' in Management level of International organization
• Hands-on operational experience in the areas of staffing, compensation, talent development, change management and organisation development
• Demonstrable experience in managing TUPE, redundancy or other relevant HR projects
• Expertise in business & financial acumen (knowledge on Local labour law is preferable)
• Fluent in English communication skills
• Good personality with essential interpersonal skills and solid presentation skills
• Intensive in business partnering/advisory role plus good coaching background
• Enthusiastic and self-starting HR professional with a passion for sustainability
• Strategic planning, creative and innovative thinking skills, along with sound judgement skills and a track record of achieving results
• Leadership with Outstanding people skills and proactive approach
• Myanmar Nationality Only
