Responsibilities:
 Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
 Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness
 Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
 Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
 Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
 Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
 Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
 Crafting of business and people solutions
 Managing HR budgets

Job Requirements

Requirement:
 Bachelor degree required in an HR or related field, a Master's degree is preferred
 At least 10 years' of experience in Human Resource environment include 4 years' in Management level of International organization
 Hands-on operational experience in the areas of staffing, compensation, talent development, change management and organisation development
 Demonstrable experience in managing TUPE, redundancy or other relevant HR projects
 Expertise in business & financial acumen (knowledge on Local labor law is preferable)
 Fluent in English and Local language
 Good personality with essential interpersonal skills and solid presentation skills
 Intensive in business partnering/advisory role plus good coaching background
 Enthusiastic and self-starting HR professional with a passion for sustainability
 Strategic planning, creative and innovative thinking skills, along with sound judgement skills and a track record of achieving results
 Leadership with Outstanding people skills and proactive approach
