The role holder drives the overall Tech security strategy and implementation forward whilst protecting the business from security threats and cyber-hacking. In addition, the role holder is also responsible to create security awareness in the bank and to implement best practices

 Develops IT security strategy, leveraging on latest security threats and best practices, that supports the bank’s vision of building a world-class agile technology organisation
 Oversees and drives the implementation of IT Security initiatives and ensures rapid and seamless deployment in order to anticipate and response quickly to changes in security threats
 Develops policies and guidelines on security controls and cyber incident response planning to ensure high technology standards delivery and protection of Bank
 Develops business continuity plans for security breach or in the event that the disaster recovery plan needs to be triggered
 Devises IT security strategies and solutions to mitigate the risk of cyber-attacks
 Review investigations after breaches or incident, including impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding similar vulnerabilities
 Develops cyber security policies and procedures to the Bank
 Manages contractors and vendors involved IT security, which includes managing budget
 Reports to Senior Management periodically on IT security status and risks
 Provides training and mentoring to security team members

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security
• Proven track record of driving large-scale change programs
• Able to command in both English and Myanmar.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving IT landscape and keep pace with new security technologies
• Passion for technology and security safeguarding
• Excellent communication skills and analytical mind
