1. Manage inventory stock and placing orders
2. Obtaining import licenses and submitting product registration documents to government offices
3. Prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets
4. Maintain and update company databases

5. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

6. Answer queries by employees and clients

7. Update office policies as needed

8. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

9. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Administrative position
2. Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Basic bookkeeping and math skills
4. Proficiency in English and Myanmar (written and verbal)
5. Exemplary planning and time management skills
6. Experience in drafting formal Myanmar documents to government
7. Able to use Microsoft Office applications. (able to type in Myanmar)
8. Sociable with good EQ
