Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

You will be responsible for assisting in general HR administration such as leave update, SSB submission, overtimes submission and other paper work.

General Administration
• Administrative tasks such as performing background checks, filing paperwork, completing employee documentation, recording data on each current employee.
• Maintaining and updating employees’ particular.
• Maintaining and filing paperwork of terminated or resigned employees.
• Update training records if any.
• Compiling reports and spreadsheets for weekly, monthly basic.
• Organize and update uniforms and PPE issurances to the staff.

Recruitment/New Hire Process
• Assist recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education.
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
• Preparing new employee files.
• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Administering new employment assessments.
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.

Benefits Administration
• Assist in leave administration and updating.
• Assist in calculation of overtime hours.
• Assist in SSB administration.

Filing
• Maintaining employees’ databases.
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure all required employee documentation is collected and maintained properly.
• Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
• Other ad-hoc duties or assignments.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any field.
• 2-3 Years of experience in handling the same roles.
• Computer Literate in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with updating leave records
• Positive working attitude.
• Be a good team player.
