Job Summary:

Support with resourcing and talent acquisition efforts for DKSH and clients; from sourcing, selection and on boarding to activity reporting and manpower planning.

General Responsibilities:

Resourcing & Talent Acquisition
• Check all job advertisements before publication
• Conduct interviews for positions supervisor level and above
• Maintain communication with candidates through the process, including advice to unsuccessful candidates
• Complete reference checks
• Ensure recruitment activity is kept up to date in the tracker
• Assist in maintaining database of suitable candidates for future vacancies
• Support Manager R&TA with workforce planning

Onboarding
• Prepare and issue employment contract, employee ID card and other related documentation for new hires
• Create new hire employee profile in SAP HR application
• Create new hire employee profile in ACE payroll system
• Create new hire personnel file (soft and hard copy)

Leadership Responsibilities:

Manage development of Junior Executive and Assistant across all aspects of R&TA

Job Requirements

Skills and Knowledge:

• Any Bachelor Degree
• At least two years in general human resources management, with some supervisory responsibility
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and procedures
• Behavioral interviewing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Accurate, organized and enjoys keeping things in order
• Service-oriented, with a “can do” approach to work
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Meticulous and high attention to detail
• Adaptable to changes and resilient in the face of these changes
• Excellent problem solving and people skills
• Proficient in English and Myanmar languages, both verbal and written
